The Job: As a Project Management Coordinator, you will ensure that Western Union Master Agents/ Master Agents/Sub-agents comprehensively understand the KYA (Know Your Agent) project, its processes and policies. You will be responsible for ensuring clarity on the due diligence documents required from agent for their successful KYA certification/recertification. You will have responsibility to support data collection and documentation of KYA data from scoped Master Agents and Sub Agents in given Western Union system. You will also execute first level review of agent’s data, provide feedback and constant coaching to agent on proper data provision (mainly through calls and emails to the Master Agents/Sub-Agents)

About You: You have a Bachelor’s degree and general understanding of KYA and AML (Anti Money Laundering) Compliance activities, preferably from being a part of a banking or financial services institution.

You have strong documentation skills and possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.

You have strong organizational and analytical skills. Lastly, you are fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
