Ufone Jobs Executive HR: Ufone is looking for an Executive HR (Relationship Management). The overall responsibility of the position is to assist in the smooth functioning of regional recruitment, HR operations & employee engagement activities and any other HR initiatives within the region. The position needs to support these HR functions by documenting and updating on portal. This position will also look after employee relations and grievance handling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the  recruitment processes which includes, but is not limited to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; Facilitate the end to end process for onboarding new hires in the organization, and ensure they have a delightful onboarding experience
- Respond to & resolve employees’ grievances and/or queries as per respective policies
- Support all HR programs/initiatives in regards to  effective relationships with the business managers to promote good employee relations across the organization
- Proactive support to regional employees in their day to day needs from HR

Education (Qualification / Certifications):Â BBA/MBA in HRÂ
Years of Experience:Â 1-2 years of HR services, recruitment experience or of an HR generalist role
