POSITIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for appointments purely on contract basis, for One year (extendible on performance basis) against temporary posts in PSDP Project titled, “NASTP High End Skill Development Centre in Aerospace Industry, at NASTP, Rawalpindi, reporting unit Ministry of Defence, Pakistan.

1. Project Manager (Coordinator)

Pay Scale: PPS-09
No. of Posts: 01
Disciplines / Qualification: BE/BSc (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or MSc Project Management/Engineering Management from HEC/PEC recognized university. PMP certification preferred.

2. Assistant Project Manager

Pay Scale: PPS-07
No. of Posts: 01
Disciplines / Qualification: BE/BSc (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Master’s in Project Management from HEC/PEC recognized institution.

3. Manager – Contracts

Pay Scale: PPS-07
No. of Posts: 01
Disciplines / Qualification: BE (Civil) / BSc Engineering or Master’s in Contract Management, Construction Management, Law or equivalent. Training in PPRA/FIDIC preferred.

4. Manager Finance

Pay Scale: PPS-07
No. of Posts: 01
Disciplines / Qualification: CA, ACCA, ACMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com or equivalent from HEC recognized university.

5. Quantity Surveyor

Pay Scale: PPS-07
No. of Posts: 01
Disciplines / Qualification: BSc Quantity Surveying / DAE Civil with Quantity Survey specialization / BE Civil from recognized institution.

6. Assistant

Pay Scale: PPS-05
No. of Posts: 03
Disciplines / Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 14 years education) from HEC recognized university.

7. Computer Operator

Pay Scale: PPS-05
No. of Posts: 03
Disciplines / Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications, IT or equivalent.

8. Support Staff

Pay Scale: PPS-01
No. of Posts: 03
Disciplines / Qualification: Matric (Secondary School Certificate).
