Position: MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Location: Head Office, Lahore

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (PEC Registered).
• Experience: 5+ years in static equipment design within EPC or heavy engineering fabrication.
• Software: PV Elite, Compress, HTRI, SolidWorks/ANSYS, AutoCAD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform mechanical design & calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process columns, and storage tanks.
• Ensure code compliance with ASME Section VIII, TEMA, and API standards.
• Generate design calculation reports, technical datasheets, and fabrication deliverables.
• Coordinate with drafting, procurement, and fabrication teams (Raiwind Facility).

Position: SENIOR MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

No. of Positions: 01

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Static Equipment Drafting

Location: Head Office, Lahore

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: DAE Mechanical or relevant technical diploma.
• Experience: 10+ years dedicated to static equipment drafting in EPC or heavy fabrication environments.
• Core Skills: Expert command of AutoCAD (2D), fabrication tolerances, and welding symbols.
• Bonus Expertise: 3D Modeling (SolidWorks / Inventor / AutoCAD 3D) is a strong plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft 2D General Arrangement (GA) drawings, nozzle details, shell developments, and BOMs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process columns, and storage tanks.
• Prepare precise fabrication drawings in AutoCAD aligned with ASME, API, and TEMA codes.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and workshop teams to issue shop-ready and as-built drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: DAE Mechanical or relevant Technical Drafting Diploma.
• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated piping drafting experience in EPC, oil & gas, or chemical process plant projects.
• Core Software: Expert command of AutoCAD (2D).
• Bonus Expertise: Hands-on experience with 3D piping tools (Cadworx, SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), or Plant 3D) is a strong plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare 2D piping layouts, plant plot plans, piping general arrangement drawings (GADs), and equipment layouts in AutoCAD.
• Extract and generate detailed Piping Isometrics with complete Bill of Materials (BOM) / Material Take-Offs (MTO).
• Draft pipe rack layouts, support details, and tie-in drawings in compliance with ASME B31.3 and project specifications.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and structural design teams to resolve clashes and update as-built drawings.
