JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is an autonomous body established under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, committed to providing quality education to children across the province. PEIMA invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, dynamic and motivated professionals for appointment against the following contract-based positions on a lump-sum pay package:

1. Data Analysis

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 28-45 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.350,000/- per month

Eligibility

Qualification: Master’s degree/ 16 years qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, or Information Technology or a related field from HEC recognized national or foreign University.

Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors, of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation. Excellent understanding of data modeling, reporting, and ETL concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with machine learning basics and forecasting models. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.

2. Data Engineer

Age: 28-45 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.350,000/- per month

Eligibility

Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors, of SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory). Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, or Azure Synapse). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling techniques. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices for data workflows. Familiarity with API integration and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs).

3. Assistant Director (Program)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 25-35 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.225,000/- per month

Eligibility

Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Arts & Humanities from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors of Management / Field monitoring and data collection, maintaining program documentation and files, Assisting in compliance reviews, Coordination with field offices. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

4. Assistant Director (M&E)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 25-40 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.225,000/- per month

Eligibility

Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences / MIS, Mathematics from HEC recognized national or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors of developing & designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs, Developing KPIs, logical frameworks, and data collection tools, managing centralized data systems and ensuring data integrity, conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications, Reporting to donors and senior management. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

General Instructions

The detailed eligibility criteria, job descriptions, terms of reference are available on the Punjab Job Portal https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk. Applicants are advised to carefully review the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying.

1. Interested candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria shall submit their applications online through the prescribed portal on or before 20th November, 2026. Applications received through courier, email or by hand will not be entertained.

2. Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- against each post through https://peima.pesrp.edu.pk/user/generate_challan. The applicant will upload the payment evidence at the time of submission of application on the Job Portal. Any application submitted without valid proof of fee deposit will be rejected.

3. Applications received after the closing date, incomplete applications, or applications without the required information/documents shall not be entertained.

4. Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Organizations shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.

5. Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for written test and/or interview.

6. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.

7. Any information/document found to be vague, false, forged, misleading or intended to influence the recruitment process shall result in disqualification at any stage, besides initiation of legal proceedings under the applicable laws.

8. Equivalence of degree/ qualification shall be applicable for all positions as per HEC notifications.

9. PEIMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, cancel or withdraw any or all positions, or hold recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
