We’re Hiring | Paid Marketing Executive
IDEAS is looking for a Paid Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team in Karachi.
We’re looking for someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, media planning, budgeting, forecasting, audience strategy, and e-commerce performance.
The role will also involve working closely with creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams, analyzing campaign and sales data, managing budgets, running A/B tests, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Performance Max, Search, catalog campaigns, GA4, GTM, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fashion / apparel industry experience is preferred
- Exposure to AI-led marketing tools and automation is a plus
