SR. MERCHANDISER – MRKT / MERCHANDISING (Onsite)

Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate and coordinate with buyers for product development and approvals.
Handle sampling, costing, and order confirmations in line with buyer expectations.
Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Monitor and follow up on fabric and trims sourcing, production progress, and shipment deadlines.
Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) plans for all running orders.
Work closely with design and PD teams for new collection developments.
Manage buyer communication regarding approvals, comments, and shipment updates.

Candidate Profile:

BS Textile Engineering/Textile Management & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
4–5 years of relevant experience in denim apparel manufacturing industry.
Experience in merchandising, sampling and order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop seasonal denim products aligned with fashion trends, buyer requirements, and commercial objectives.
Research global fashion and denim trends to inspire innovation.
Create product concepts and digital prototypes using AI design tools.
Manage fabric, trim, sample development, fit evaluations, and product approvals throughout the development cycle.
Review prototypes and buyer feedback to optimize product fit, construction, aesthetics, and functionality.
Prepare product presentations and development documentation while leveraging AI to improve innovation and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

BS Textile Engineering/Textile Management & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in denim garment product development.
