Position: DM/SDM (Incharge IT & ERP Administrator)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) on-premises infrastructure, servers, virtual machines, and supporting services.
Administer Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL Server, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, fibre, radio links, MPLS, Wi-Fi, and connectivity between Head Office and factory.
Monitor system performance, manage backups and disaster recovery, implement security controls, and ensure infrastructure availability.
Maintain email, domain hosting, AVAYA telephone exchange, attendance systems, and UPS infrastructure.
Troubleshoot technical incidents, coordinate with vendors and ERP consultants, and maintain infrastructure documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: BS or MS IT Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 7-8 years preferably from large scale manufacturing concern.

Position: Junior Officer – IT

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for computers, laptops, software, email, printers, photocopiers, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, operating systems, business applications, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment assignment records, and support documentation.
Assist with new employee workstation setup and escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years preferably from large scale manufacturing concern.
