Haier is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Associate Quality Engineer – P1 to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying and resolving quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement in line with established quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure inspection of parts, semi-finished and finished products in compliance with defined quality standards, work instructions and first-sample approvals.
Monitor rework, rejection and per-unit losses; analyze quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions for process and supplier-related defects.
Ensure availability of inspection standards, implementation of ECNs, calibration of tools and gauges and routine product testing.
Conduct daily FG audits and weekly BRD audits, addressing product finishing issues and market complaints in coordination with relevant teams.
Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

BSc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of product inspection, rejection and rework control, root cause analysis, and quality improvement tools.
