WE ARE HIRING
- POSITION TITLE: Deputy Manager – Retail Operations & Customer Service
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of 7+ years in retail operations management or customer service
- QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for customers and tenants, handling inquiries and concerns effectively. Resolve customer and tenant issues effectively and escalate major concerns when necessary
- Identify and report any discrepancies or risks, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure all areas comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, cleanliness levels, facility maintenance and brand standards to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management on all aspects of mall operations
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, highlight achievements, and pinpoint areas requiring intervention or improvement
- Work with tenants to ensure compliance with mall policies and operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to operational incidents to restore normal business functions
