Position: General Manager – Supply Chain

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product-wise supply plans based on demand forecasts, sales requirements, inventory levels and market conditions to ensure uninterrupted product availability
- Manage coordination with local refineries, import suppliers, terminals and other relevant stakeholders for timely product lifting, imports and receipt of petroleum products
- Identify reliable sources of petroleum products and negotiate/optimize supply terms, costs, freight and related commercial arrangements within approved authority
- Monitor and optimize product inventories, depot stocks and storage capacity, maintaining appropriate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs and supply risks
- Coordinate with Logistics, Operations and depots for efficient movement of petroleum products, ensuring timely availability at retail outlets and other customer locations
- Monitor petroleum market trends, pricing, supply risks and regulatory developments, ensuring compliance with applicable OGRA, HSE and other statutory requirements
Requirements:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 15 years experience preferably in an Oil Marketing Company
- Strong understanding of OGRA regulations, petroleum industry practices, HSE requirements and applicable statutory regulations
