Job Description
- Monitor customer experience across clients and dealership network to ensure service standards and OEM guidelines are followed.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and CSI indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage escalated customer complaints at Head Office and coordinate with dealerships for timely resolution.
- Liaise with call centre and dealership customer service teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights on customer satisfaction trends for management review.
- Support development and implementation of customer service SOPs and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, feedback reports, and dealership service performance.
