S # 1

Position: General Manager (Construction) PPS-09

No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer), preferably Master’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management. Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, Technical Sanction, implementation of public sector development projects contract administration and infrastructure development projects. 07 Years experience in PPS-08 or equivalent in a Government / Public sector organization. Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and project management tools will be an advantage. Maximum Age: 55 Years.

Position: Manager-Design (Head of Wing) PPS-08

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: Bachelor of Architecture (05 Years) from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration. Master’s Degree in Project Management. Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in designing infrastructure / housing projects. Maximum Age: 40 Years.

Position: Manager – Engineering Works (Head of Wing) PPS-08

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with valid registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) with PEC. Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Structural Engineering from an HEC-recognized university Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in engineering works, preferably in construction, civil works, infrastructure development, project management in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization Maximum Age: 40 Years.

Position: Manager – Finance PPS-08

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: MBA (Finance) / ACMA / CA (Finalist) or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, financial management, audit, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum Age: 43 Years.

Position: Manager – Contracts & Procurement PPS-08

Position: Assistant Manager Design PPS-07

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: Bachelor of Architecture (05 Years) from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, 3Ds Max, and D5 Render. Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in architectural design, planning and preparation of architectural drawings, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, consultancy firm or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: DAE (Civil) from a recognized institution. Minimum 07 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in architectural visualization, graphic design, 3D modelling/rendering, architectural design or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, architectural consultancy, construction firm or reputable private-sector organization. Experience of Lumion, 3D Studio Max, D5 software. Candidates having Diploma in Architecture will be given preference. Candidates also have to submit portfolio. Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Position: Sub Engineer (Civil) PPS-06

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering). Minimum 05 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in civil engineering works, construction, infrastructure development, building maintenance, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, engineering consultancy, or reputable construction firm. Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Position: Assistant Finance PPS-05

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: BS Accounting & Finance or equivalent in related field. Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, audit, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum Age: 30 Years.

Position: Assistant Contracts & Procurement PPS-05

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: BSc. Civil Engineering/ Commerce/Supply & Chain or any related field from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in contracts, procurement, tendering, purchasing, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum Age: 35 Years.

Position: Surveyor PPS-05

Maximum Age: 30 Years.

Position: CAD Operator PPS-05

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: DAE (Civil) with AutoCAD proficiency. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in CAD drafting, mapping, spatial data management, digital mapping, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, engineering consultancy, architectural firm, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum Age: 40 Years.

Position: Site Supervisor PPS-04

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in site supervision, construction, civil works, building maintenance, infrastructure projects, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, construction firm, engineering consultancy, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum Age: 30 Years.

Position: Draftsman PPS-04

No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Experience / Age Limit: Diploma/Certificate in Draftsmanship with AutoCAD. Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in drafting, CAD drafting, architectural/civil drawings, or related fields. Experience in AutoCAD and preparation of technical/working drawings shall be preferred. Maximum Age: 30 Years.

General Instructions

Appointments shall be made purely on contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement and mutual consent.

Degrees/Certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes. Registration with PEC/PCATP/Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.

Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, Government Public Sector or Semi Government organizations.

Cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date i.e., 05-10-2026.

No applications submitted by hand, through courier or any other channel shall be entertained. Moreover, no documents / photos / forms are required to be submitted in the hard form until interview stage.

Each applicant will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 2000/- per application / per post applied for, for processing of their application.

Fee can be paid through 1Link-1Bill service via any Bank / ATM / Internet Banking / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / UPaisa, by using the 22 digits PSID generated de fee challan issued from the online application portal. Fee shall be non-refundable.

In case of applying for more than one post, the candidates will have to pay fee for each post separately.

Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.

Govt./Semi-Govt. employees shall apply through the proper channel and produce a valid NOC at the time of the interview.

Candidates shall be informed about updates through application portal/SMS/email. Candidates shall visit/check the portal frequently for the updates.
