The role will focus on ink preparation, colour/shade matching, viscosity control, in-process quality checks, and troubleshooting ink-related printing issues.

Location: HUB Plant | Facilities: Pick & Drop and Lunch Provided.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist the lab QC during raw ink testing by evaluating colour strength, viscosity, and chemical properties to verify ink quality before production ensuring defective ink is returned or replaced early to prevent quality issues.
· Prepare water-based inks according to the required colour shades and recipes/formula before starting the printing job.
· Control production downtime by making ink as per the given production plan.
· Continuously measure and maintain the ink viscosity (thickness) to keep the ink flowing correctly on decorative paper.
· Match the prepared ink shade with the approved master sample before and during the production run.
· Inspect the printed paper during the printing process to catch any shade variations, colour bleeding, or printing defects on the first hand.
· Perform the final quality check on the printed paper roll during the rewinding stage to ensure consistent quality and surface finish.
· Quickly identify and resolve ink-related printing issues such as foaming, streaks, or poor drying on the paper.
· Maintain the daily logs of ink formulas, viscosity test results, and QC inspection reports for each job.

Requirements:
· Education: Intermediate / DAE
· 2–4 years of relevant experience
· Relevant experience in ink making, rotogravure printing, or printing quality control.
· Good understanding of colour matching, ink formulation, and viscosity control.
