We are seeking a talented individuals for the position of “Sales Coordinator” for Karsaz, Karachi.
SALES COORDINATOR
The Incumbent is responsible for:
- Responsible for prepare and process Sales Orders (SOs and OBDs) in the SAP system with accuracy
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, Coordinate with customers to handle sales inquiries, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and complaints
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order details in the system, Assist the sales team in quotation preparation, pricing updates, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to sales documentation and approvals
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing, payments, and credit-related matters, Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order reports
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BSc or equivalent)
Experience: Fresh Graduates
SKILLS: Communication & Interpersonal skills, Excellent selling skills, Result-oriented, Negotiation skills, Analytical skills, MS Office
