𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking for a highly skilled and commercially driven professional for the position of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐖𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Lead end-to-end sourcing and merchandising activities for Woven apparel, from product development and sampling to production and final delivery.
Develop seasonal sourcing and production according to buying plan.
Manage sourcing and procurement of fabrics garments and accessories.
Develop and manage strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Lead costing, price negotiation, vendor selection, and commercial discussions to achieve competitive margins and cost efficiencies.
Oversee the complete production cycle, including sampling, pre-production, cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, quality, and dispatch.
Work closely with Design, Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveries.
Drive new product development and provide commercial and production inputs for seasonal and core collections.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Participate in market visits, exhibitions, and sourcing trips for vendor development and trend analysis.
Explore and optimize sourcing and vendor development in all woven categories.
Identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities across sourcing, production, and merchandising operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sourcing/merchandising team while ensuring effective execution and cross-functional collaboration.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
12–15 years of relevant experience in sourcing, merchandising, production planning, product development, or fashion/textile retail.
Strong experience in Woven apparel, international sourcing, vendor management, costing, production, and product development.
International sourcing/procurement experience will be highly preferred.
