WE’RE HIRING: Finance Executive!
TriFit is looking for a Finance Executive who knows their way around numbers and can keep financial operations running accurately and efficiently.
Role Summary: The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, including payables, receivables, banking, payroll, taxation and reconciliations, while ensuring accurate and timely financial processing. Preference will be given to those who can join on immediate basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice verification, approvals, payment vouchers and vendor payments.
- Handle banking and cash management, including daily bank positions, reconciliations and payment coordination.
- Process monthly payroll and commissions, including verification and payment processing.
- Prepare WHT and Sales Tax workings, reconcile tax deductions and coordinate with tax consultants.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, outstanding balances and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly payment plans, reconcile vendor balances and review outstanding or unpaid invoices.
Qualification & Experience:
ACCA, CA or ACMA qualified or part-qualified candidates will have an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, taxation and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Good analytical, numerical, organizational and communication skills.
