Wilshire Labs is looking for dynamic and experienced pharmaceutical sales professionals to take our Control Sale/Trade operations to the next level!

General Manager Sales (Control Sale/Trade)
10–15 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with experience in institutional, distribution, and retail channels.
Proven experience in leading sales teams, achieving targets, and managing key business relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet assigned goals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business growth.
Manage key client relationships and coordinate with Supply Chain & Finance for orders, stock, and payments.

National Sales Manager (Control Sale/Trade)
5–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
10–15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, with strong exposure to Control Sales / Trade and Distribution.
Proven experience in senior sales leadership, distributor management, target achievement, market expansion, and team management.
Develop and execute national trade sales strategies to achieve business, revenue, and growth targets.
Lead and drive the sales team to ensure target achievement, market coverage, and sales productivity.
Manage distributors, dealers, and key trade relationships while expanding market presence and business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, stock availability, and receivables, and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.

Both roles require strong expertise in trade sales, distributor management, team leadership, target achievement, and market growth.

Location: Lahore
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a relevant field
