Orient Electronics is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Officers to join our growing team. This is a field-based, commission-based role focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above.
✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✔ Prior sales/business development experience will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to generate leads through door-to-door marketing, field visits, calls and other channels.
✔ Ability to identify, approach and convert potential customers.
✔ Willingness to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
✔ Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license for field visits.
