MTEK Hygiene Pvt Ltd is hiring a detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to manage supplier coordination, import documentation, and end-to-end import & clearance operations for seamless procurement.

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Officer to join our team to coordinate with local and international suppliers, manage import documentation, ensure smooth procurement and deliveries, and maintain accurate materials-in-transit reports. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with local and international suppliers to support timely procurement and deliveries.
Prepare and follow up on import documentation, including LCs and bank contracts.
Communicate with banks, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth import and clearance operations.
Maintain and update materials-in-transit reports and share status with management.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of import and procurement documentation and help resolve related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
