We’re Hiring: Senior Project Management Officer!
If you have 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management and digital transformation, with experience managing large-scale enterprise systems, we’d love to hear from you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT, IS, and digital transformation projects, including the implementation of a new Core Insurance System.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and promote effective collaboration and performance.
- Manage vendors and system integrators, including performance, contracts, and service levels.
- Ensure projects meet required quality, IT governance, security, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Drive technology and process improvement initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Sciences, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s in Project/Program Management is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project/program management and digital transformation, including large-scale enterprise system implementations such as Core Insurance/Core Banking, ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft).
- Experience in Insurance, Banking/Financial Services.
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk and change management, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
Certifications
- PMP® is mandatory.
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) is highly desirable; PRINCE2 is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines and budget.
