CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard exceptionally strong and goal oriented professional as Head Consumer Banking Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the premier financial institution.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/ Retail Banking. Candidates with proven track record in product development in Islamic Banking will have an added advantage.
Experience in Shariah Compliant Banking will be a highly desired competency.
Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to meet targets.
Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance & compliance frameworks.
Lead and mentor product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts.
Ensure product pricing models aligned with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance.
Lead automation & digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
Define credit approval processes for different segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance).
Ensure timely processing and submission of proposals/ other required reports to the Head Retail Banking.
Propose process improvements related to the credit approval and in particular turnaround time of credit decisions.
Any other related task assigned by the Management.

Location & Remuneration Package

This position is based at Head Office Peshawar and reports into the Retail Banking Group.

Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
