Jalal Sons is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Lahore! If you are passionate about talent management, employee relations and driving a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you.
👥 What we are looking for:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration (HR).
Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven Retail experience in HR management.
Skills: Expertise in MS Excel & Flow HCM (Preferred).
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Maintain employee relations, manage grievances, and ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee HRIS, maintain accurate records, and prepare yearly performance reports.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
