MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Sr. Manager Transaction Monitoring System”.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Sr. Manager Transaction Monitoring System

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Bachelor’s degree (16-Years) or equivalent from recognized University.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
➡️ Good interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
➡️ Ability to critically evaluate situations, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts.
➡️ Ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful in suggesting solutions for process improvement.
➡️ Ability to adapt well to a diverse workplace culture.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Optimize the TM Alert Management process
➡️ Train and provide guidance to Junior TML Analyst.
➡️ Manage the team daily/weekly/monthly target of cases closures of the team.
➡️ Supervise the alerts triggered in FCCM-ECM as per the AML SOP within the stipulated TATs.
➡️ Assist the TMS Team by providing a complete quality analysis for the reviewed cases at the analysis stage.
➡️ Highlight any key Financial Crimes risk throughout the review and analysis of customers’ account to the senior management.
➡️ Highlight and ensure implementation of new technology requirement to improve work efficiency in timely manner.
➡️ Support the Top management/ MLRO / Delegate in Regulatory Relationship Management
