Position Title: ASM to SM, Operations Management Department, Islamabad

Job Purpose: The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling day to day counter transactions. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency while contributing to the formulation and implementation of banking policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Branch operations pertaining to clearing, remittances, collection etc.
Making pay orders and account transfers ensuring full compliance with ICBC policies and SBP regulations.
Process cash deposits, withdrawals, balancing and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring that accounts are opened and maintained in line with Banks internal procedures and KYC Requirement.
Recovery of all applicable charges on these activities as per ICBC’s latest schedule of charges.
Updating of Client information
Issue Bank statements and Maintenance certificates to the customer upon their request.

Qualification and Skills Required:

Incumbent should have:

Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration ( Banking/Finance/Economics)
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking Industry or Accounting Firms with Banking Service Experience.
Familiar with Bank Operations, pertaining to RTGS, remittances, account opening, cheque clearing, Cash handling, etc.
Good knowledge of MS Office. (Excel/Access).
