- Experience: 01 to 02 years of experience, preferably form Banking/ Financial Sector
- Qualification: At least Intermediate
- Skills: Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written), Proficiency in MS Office, Time Management, Strong Coordination, Attention to details, Quick Learner
Job Role: Responsible for managing and resolving post-issuance queries from banking partners through email and phone coordination, ensuring timely and accurate responses. The role also involves processing and routing surrenders, maturities, and partial withdrawals to relevant departments, coordinating with channel partners for timely documentation, and maintaining monthly MIS reports for tracking payments and surrenders. Additionally, it includes overseeing the daily dispatch and handling of financial instruments related to post-issuance transactions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
