At Grace Fabrics International, we are looking for a proactive and vigilant Admin Officer to strengthen our security, safety, and administrative operations across our manufacturing facilities.
If you have experience in industrial environments and a strong understanding of security management, surveillance systems, fire & safety compliance, and workforce administration, we would like to hear from you.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Administration, Security, or Facility Management
- Manufacturing, Textile, Industrial Plant, or Factory experience is mandatory
- Experience dealing with Security Agencies and security personnel
- Hands-on exposure to CCTV surveillance, access control, and timekeeping systems
- Knowledge of Fire & Safety standards and emergency response practices
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor security controls across business units
- Identify risk areas and prevent theft, losses, and harmful activities
- Manage CCTV surveillance, access control, and guard deployments
- Coordinate with security agencies and service providers
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and workplace safety practices
- Conduct inspections, investigations, and security audits
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and company assets
