𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Regional Office, Lahore.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives in coordination with the Line Manager.
o Assist in driving footfall growth, customer acquisition and brand visibility across assigned regions and stores.
o Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing projects, campaigns and business initiatives.
o Support the identification, development and management of strategic partnerships, alliances and business opportunities under the guidance of the Line Manager.
o Assist in building relationships with corporate organizations, schools, hospitals, communities, malls and other relevant stakeholders.
o Coordinate marketing activations, events, brand visibility initiatives and promotional campaigns as assigned by the Line Manager.
o Conduct market visits and travel within assigned regions to support business, marketing and partnership objectives.
o Support store-level marketing initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action plans with relevant stakeholders.
o Assist in tracking project progress, campaign performance and key marketing KPIs, and share updates with the Line Manager.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of assigned projects, campaigns and business initiatives.
o Support vendor coordination, procurement processes and execution of branding and visibility requirements.
o Maintain accurate records, trackers, reports, agreements and documentation related to assigned projects.
o Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities for the business.
o Support CSR, community engagement, special projects and any other initiatives assigned by the Line Manager.
o Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or the Line Manager from time to time.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or similar.
o Prior experience as a marketing executive.
o Proficiency in Hootsuite.
o A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
o Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
