We are Hiring Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee retail operations across the Lahore region to ensure efficient and safe business performance.
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage and coach Zone Managers, driving performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies through regular audits and inspections.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, supply chain activities, and operational performance to ensure uninterrupted business operations and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA/BBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or retail network management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
