📢 We’re Hiring: Guest Coordinator – Entertainment Department

BOL Network, Pakistan’s leading broadcast channel, is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Guest Coordinator to join our Entertainment Department.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in media, entertainment, public relations, talent coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating celebrities, artists, influencers, and other guests for TV or digital productions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with talent and industry contacts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule guests for entertainment programs and special segments.
- Communicate with guests and their representatives regarding appearances and program requirements.
- Manage guest logistics and ensure a smooth on-air experience.
- Work closely with producers and production teams to secure relevant guests.
- Maintain and update guest and talent databases.
- Assist in identifying and approaching potential guests for upcoming programs.
