Karachi Sonmiani Resort, a leading eco-tourism destination under the Green Tourism Pakistan initiative, is seeking a motivated and skilled Cluster IT Officer to join our growing team.
Position: Cluster IT Officer
Location: Karachi Sonmiani & Gaddani Resort, Sonmiani, Balochistan
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks and IT infrastructure.
*Provide technical support to staff and management.
*Monitor internet connectivity, servers and security systems. - Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Maintain data backups and ensure information security.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Support digital operations, reservation systems and office automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
