Position: Team Lead Inventory Control/Finished Goods
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Maintain accurate finished goods inventory records in accordance with company standards and established warehouse procedures.-
- Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded and updated within the ERP/WMS systems.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel through structured training programs and on-the-job guidance.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on inventory documentation, transactions, and stock accuracy.
- Develop, update, and maintain warehouse SOPs, work instructions, operational reports, and training materials.-
- Monitor and maintain inventory control spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPI reports to support operational decision-making.
- Oversee inbound receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate verification of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, retail stores, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and order fulfillment.
- Support seasonal transitions, promotional campaigns, stock counts, and warehouse optimization initiatives.
- Analyze inventory performance and provide management with reports on stock levels, aging inventory, discrepancies, and service performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.
- Qualification: MBA
- Experience: 6 to 8 Years Experience in Fashion Industry
