We Are HIRING Gate Operations Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules for gate staff, including overtime planning in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure smooth shift closing and accurate day-end PGI (Post Goods Issue) reconciliation.
- Conduct scheduled and surprise physical stock counts of finished goods, assets, and Bulk Water operations.
- Monitor and reconcile vehicle movement records, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain records of Returnable OGPs and follow up on outstanding items for timely closure.
- Verify warehouse losses and report irregularities for corrective action.
- Reconcile empties, shells, layer sheets, and pallets with gate records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Verify labor contractor invoices and ensure compliance with approved rates and agreements.
- Validate monthly and quarterly incentive calculations for FLOs and CCTV teams.
- Review and verify cash payment vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in gate operations, warehouse management, inventory control and logistics.
