We’re Hiring DEPUTY MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MBBS or BDS/Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Master’s in Healthcare Management, MBA, or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Healthcare Quality, Patient Safety, or Hospital Management will be preferred
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience with reputable healthcare organizations
RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure smooth functioning of hospital services
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation processes
- Support clinical governance and patient safety initiatives
- Coordinate with consultants, departments, and stakeholders for efficient service delivery
- Maintain effective communication and stakeholder management
- Demonstrate leadership in managing complex clinical environments
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve quality outcomes
