What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Provide technical support via phone, email & helpdesk
- Install & maintain IT systems and equipment
- Manage CCTV, Video Conferencing, Printers & Attendance Devices
- Configure routers & wireless access points
- Maintain IT inventory and vendor records
Requirements
- BSCS or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
- Strong Networking & Troubleshooting Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
