Join our team as a Manager – Digital Governance and play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance and regulatory oversight across our digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams.
- Conduct compliance assessments to identify, monitor and address gaps related to internal audits and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the preparation and timely submission of all mandatory regulatory reports.
- Track project and regulatory deadlines in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for governance processes, frameworks and initiatives.
- Prepare strategic presentations and management updates for Steering Committees and Working Groups.
- Develop, monitor and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital governance initiatives and frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Audit, Product Management or a related function.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
