We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Karachi and the Coastal Belt.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven sales experience, including experience in team management
Knowledge and Skills :
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of regional market dynamics and sales strategies
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies for the General Trade channel
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Ensure effective market coverage and route optimization across all territories
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular forecasting and reporting to management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration in the market
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
- Coordinate with the supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and effective promotional execution
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate team performance and customer engagement
