DATA INSIGHT & REPORTING MANAGER

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Data Insights & Reporting Manager to lead our commercial “Control Room.” In this role, you will bridge the gap between field sales intelligence and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for data governance, building and maintaining robust tracking dashboards, identifying revenue leakage, and driving actionable insights to support the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle.

Build, manage, and govern the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly (DWM) Power BI dashboard suite tailored for both field teams and Head Office audiences.
Generate and distribute the “Daily Morning Flash” highlighting Sales vs. Target metrics, active retail outlets, representative productivity, and zero-selling outlets.
Produce the “Weekly Tactical Pulse” report capturing SKU-wise performance, Out-of-Stock (OOS) levels, distributor inventory health, and key APEX milestones.
Own the preparation of the Monthly S&OP deck, presenting deep dives into Route-to-Market (RTM) efficiency, category growth, market share trends (Nielsen/retail audit), and overall forecast accuracy.
Proactively identify and flag revenue drops or underperformance—such as sudden SKU dips, zero-selling outlets, and stores falling below Minimum Stock Levels (MSL)—before the trading week ends.
Partner closely with Category Sales Managers to build channel and category-level P&L visibility, enabling data-backed, ROI-focused investment decisions.
Track OOS incidents at the distributor level by SKU and region, maintaining an active root-cause analysis log to systematically resolve supply bottlenecks.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–6 years of proven experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence—ideally within the FMCG or retail distribution sector.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling) and expert-level Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of core commercial metrics (SKU velocity, S&OP metrics, retail audit/Nielsen data, and channel P&Ls).
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
