Role Summary :
Responsible for driving asset optimization, ensuring strict regulatory adherence, maximizing cost-effectiveness, and delivering seamless administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities :
- Directs salvage identification, yard logistics, and auction processes in coordination with CMD to maximize vehicle recovery value and ensure compliant ownership transfer.
- Controls fleet allocation, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance to guarantee operational efficiency and vehicle roadworthiness.
- Primary representative to regulatory authorities and service providers for utilities, statutory payments, and administrative services to ensure regulatory compliance, service continuity, and effective vendor management.
- Manage corporate administrative services including travel desk operations, front desk management, courier/dispatch handling, and workplace support services to ensure efficient internal service delivery.
Qualification & Experience :
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline
Experience :
Minimum 10 year of experience in general administration. Candidates from armed forces background will be preferred.
