Role Overview
As the Assistant Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to execute growth strategies and expand FonGrow’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Represent FonGrow at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in corporate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Based in Lahore or willing to relocate.
