We are hiring at Sigma Distributors Pvt. Ltd. for a motivated and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our operations team in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily dispatch and delivery operations
- Managing loads, routing, and trip closing through LMS
- Coordinating with warehouse, transport, and sales teams
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and POD management
- Monitoring vehicle utilization, loading efficiency, and dispatch SOPs
- Supporting cashless delivery operations and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant dispatch or logistics experience
- Good leadership and coordination skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
