Role Overview
Jazaa Foods is looking for a dynamic individual to manage and optimize online sales channels, improve customer experience, drive website performance, and support overall e-commerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces for smooth operations.
- Market Research: Identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintenance & SEO: Perform regular website maintenance, backend updates, and develop SEO-friendly Meta titles/descriptions.
- Analytics: Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales funnels to support data-driven decisions.
- Content Management: Create and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and visuals.
- Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute campaigns, online deals, social media, and email marketing.
- Customer Experience: Handle customer feedback and queries to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3–4 years in e-commerce operations, online retail management, order fulfillment, and supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience with Shopify, online marketplaces, and performance marketing.
- Understanding of backend handling, SEO, Meta Ads, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, analytics tools, and customer funnel analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
