Imtiaz is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented “Officer – Payroll Operations” to join our Finance Team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements and smooth coordination of employee compensation activities.
📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi.
🎓 Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting
💼 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll operations, finance or HR payroll management.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, EOBI, SESSI, provident fund and other statutory deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HR team for payroll inputs and discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and management summaries.
- Support in final settlements, provident fund calculations and employee benefit processing.
- Assist in payroll audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
