Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Group-wide brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning across all markets.
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan aligned with enrolment, expansion, and growth objectives.
- Standardise marketing planning and execution across campuses with strong brand governance.
- Oversee Group-wide events, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Build and lead a structured content and newsletter ecosystem for parents, alumni, and key stakeholders.
- Expand digital outreach and engagement across alumni and prospective parent communities.
- Reposition digital and social media toward purposeful storytelling, lead generation, and brand engagement.
- Leverage campaign data, dashboards, and insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI.
- Track market trends, parent demand, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop the central marketing team with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance standards.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for the Board, leadership, media, partners, and government bodies.
- Own CRM (IBEX) and the full admission funnel, driving lead management, conversion, and reporting excellence.
- Manage budgets, agencies, and vendors, ensuring efficient spend and measurable business impact tied to enrolment and retention.
