We are looking for HRBP Supply Chain and Agri Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support CHRO in formulation, execution and compliance of all HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures in coordination with HR CoE team.
- Drives effective and fair Performance management process and ensures subsequent career growth & development, promotions / salary reviews / trainings are conducted in accordance with the appraisals.
- Develops and executes a learning and development plan (soft and technical) that equips individuals with relevant skills and knowledge with COE team.
- Training programs can range from orientation programs to executive education programs.
- Take initiatives for coaching and leadership development of the functional managers.
- Liaison with functional/departmental heads to determine the skill and experience necessary to adequately perform in a position, identification of job and industry trends, and anticipation of future employment levels and skill requirements. Evaluates each position as per its scope, accountability and required knowledge. Ensure JD database is 100% complete & updated all the time.
- Promotes an environment in which diversity is managed so that employees can maintain a sense of dignity in their dealings/interaction, regardless of the background of the employee. This is to be achieved through the development of a company culture that accepts and respects diversity & inclusion.
- Executes the hiring plan in line with the agreed timelines / SLA with respective departmental heads & TA team. Hire best talent for the organization.
- Arrange comprehensive orientation/induction for new employees, for introducing them with the area/location, work procedures and company’s rules & regulations to help them settle down in the company quickly.
- Support CHRO in maximizing employee engagement, motivation and retention through various HR & OD initiatives.
- Understand the business to have sufficient expertise in acting as a consultant to the respective functional heads in aligning HR strategy with organizational strategy.
- Management of General administrative procedures with relevant Team (Employee Confirmations / Exit Interviews Analysis / Orientation / Joiners/Leavers / Turnover, etc.)
