Key Account Manager – International Modern Trade (IMT)
Experience: 6–8 years in FMCG (Modern Trade / Key Account Management) Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key IMT accounts, including key customers such as Metro, Carrefour, Imtiaz, and Alfatah
- Drive and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in volume, value, and market share
- Lead joint business planning (JBP) and annual agreements, including commercial terms and promotions
- Ensure strong in-store execution across assortment, availability, visibility, and merchandising
- Analyze category performance, shopper behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities
- Manage trade investments, forecasting, and account profitability to maximize ROI
- Oversee e-commerce coordination and ensure product availability across channels
- Conduct regular business reviews and drive overall account performance and growth
