Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch with a focus on achieving assigned targets of CA, SA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches considering laid down policies and procedures of the bank.
Experience: 3-5 years Branch Banking experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)

Position Details: Relationship Manager – SME
Locations: Sukkur
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage both prospective and existing SME relationships effectively. Key objectives include achieving targets related to asset portfolio building, generating yield/income, increasing trade volumes, minimizing non-performing loans (NPL), and developing ancillary business such as current account deposits.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2–3 years of banking experience is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of asset products, particularly in the SME or Commercial segments.
