Asst. Manager Plant HR
Pears of Work Experience (9-6 Pears)
Position Summary( To manage all human resource activities at the plant site as per company HR policy
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all employee HR administrative functions on the plant site are effectively managed
• Supervise plant staff operations relating to employment, vendor management and employee relations
• Identify muses of employee related issues at plant site and suggests recommendations
• Maintain records concerning employee-related data for managing employee life cycle
• Provide awareness on company policies, job duties and working conditions and ensuring its compliance
• Perform staffing dotes, workload management refereeing disputes, and handling disciplinary procedures
Qualification: Minimum MBA (Preferably in HR from reputable University), Industrial relations experience will be an added advantage Skills/Knowledge< Labor Laws understanding, SAP Proficiency, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Position Location: Plant Site —Karachi Report to: Head of HR Market competitive salary and benefits will be offered.
