Electropolymers Private Limited is hiring an Executive Supply Chain (Inventory) to manage inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, and support efficient material flow across production and warehouse functions.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock transfers and cycle counts.
-Generate daily stock reports from ERP and share them with relevant stakeholders.
-Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment of items below safety stock levels and monitor stock nearing maximum limits.
-Ensure proper storage of materials in line with quality and packaging standards.
-Monitor material issuance by weight to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
-Perform weekly inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
-Ensure effective implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) in inventory issuance.
-Implement and sustain 5S practices within the warehouse/inventory area.
-Coordinate with the Production department for daily material issuance and resolve operational issues.
-Manage issuance and consumption of general items both physically and in the ERP system.
-Lead, guide, and train warehouse staff in line with the updated skill matrix.
-Promote teamwork to achieve defined productivity targets.
-Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
-Ensure timely completion of all tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
-2–4 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
-Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and ERP systems.
