- Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources

- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth operations
- Maintain records of work performed, inventory, and spare parts
🎯 Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in workshop supervision (preferably in manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
